Hour 1 C.J. and Chad Brown were in studio filling in for Sandy and Stokley. Bob Holtzman from ESPN jumped on to start the show. Bob goes into the latest with San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Where will Kaepernick play in 2016-2017? Bob Holtzman explains how Kaepernick wants out but he could still end up starting for San Francisco. Also, what are the chances the Broncos land Kaepernick in a trade still? Bob Holtzman talks about that more with the Kaepernick situation. Listen to the full interview HERE.

C.J. and Chad Brown then dive into the Broncos quarterback situation. With San Francisco possibly opening the door again to trade Colin Kaepernick, could the Broncos trade their 31st pick to San Francisco for Kaepernick? C.J. thinks the Broncos could have a deal cooking with San Francisco. C.J.’s theory is the Broncos trade their first round pick to San Francisco, in exchange for Colin Kaepernick. That would allow San Francisco to take quarterback Connor Cook in the first round. Chad Brown disagrees with C.J. and thinks if San Francisco trades a pick it’ll be for a different pick.

After Mike Klis, C.J. and Chad Brown once again break down if the Broncos trading their first round pick for Colin Kaepernick is a possibility. The guys open up the phone lines and take texts on the subject. Some callers agree with C.J. and others are in agreement with Chad Brown. Some people would love if Colin Kaepernick would come to Denver and start for the Broncos this year. The other percentage of fans don’t want Colin Kaepernick to ruin chemistry in the Broncos locker room.

Hour 3 gets kicked off with C.J. and Chad Brown resetting their conversation from hour 1, about a possible Colin Kaepernick trade. The fellas once again debate the topic. Chad Brown makes the point that even with a draft pick trade, Kaepernick still has a huge salary the Broncos might be forced to take on. C.J. still wasn’t swayed at all though and still thinks a Kaepernick trade would be the way to go if possible.

Matt Maiocco from CSN Bay Area joined C.J. and Chad Brown. Matt gives more insight to the Colin Kaepernick situation with San Francisco. Matt explains how Kaepernick probably wants to be a Bronco but he’s worked with new 49ers head coach Chip Kelly just fine so far. The feud however between Kaepernick and the team themselves continues. Matt Maiocco does somewhat agree with C.J. though, that a possible trade of draft picks might be the answer to bring Colin Kaepernick to Denver. Listen to the full interview HERE.

At the end of the show C.J. and Chad Brown discuss Colin Kaepernick’s contract. How much of a pay cut would Kaepernick be willing to take? C.J. believes that Kaepernick’s contract isn’t that big of a deal if the Broncos trade their 31st pick to San Francisco. Also, more texts and calls reacting to the topic.
