Schlereth & Evans – 5/24/16 – Tuesday’s show hears Mark and Mike talk a variety of sports topics including the Broncos beginning OTA’s today as well as the Rockies loss to the Pirates and Draymond Green not getting suspended by the NBA for his crotch kick. ESPN NFL Business Analyst Andrew Brandt joins the guys to discuss the latest with Tom Brady’s appeal and other top stories from around the league.

Hour One kicks off with Stink and Evans discussing the Broncos starting OTA’s today and what they expect to see from those practices.

They then move on to The Morning Brew where they talk more OTA’s, Congress blasting the NFL over concussion studies, the latest from the NBA and NHL playoffs and Stink’s own personal experience with concussions in the NFL.

The guys close the first hour discussing Warriors F Draymond Green not being suspended for his groin kick to OKC’s Steven Adams.

Hour two begins with Stink’s “Clear The Air” segment where he reveals his true feelings about the owners and players in regards to the recent news of the NFL pulling out of the concussion study. Hear Stink’s rant BELOW:

After Stink’s rant the guys are joined by ESPN Business Analyst Andrew Brandt to discuss everything surrounding the Tom Brady suspension and his latest appeal of that suspension including what he thinks Brady’s chances are at a successful appeal as well as what he believes is the true reason behind Brady’s continued appeals. The gents close the second hour with 4 Down Territory where they dive into more of congress’ ripping of the NFL, Tom Brady’s suspension appeal, Ryan Fitzpatrick expressing his desire to stay with the Jets and Brock Osweiler’s comments about his HC Bill O’Brien.

The third hour pops off with the guys chatting about the Colorado Rockies and their current standing in the NL West as well as Jorge De La Rosa making his comeback to the starting rotation today against the Red Sox and what the guys expect to see from his return to the big league mound. 

The gents fill the middle portion of hour three with nothing but NBA talk where they chat about the physicality level that has been increased in the Eastern Conference Finals and how Toronto’s Bismack Biyombo is the sole reason why the series is going in that direction.

Stink and Mike finish hour three with a few more thoughts on the NBA including how Nuggets President Josh Kroenke simply let former GM Masai Ujiri leave for Toronto where he then preceded to lead the Raptors to the Eastern Conference Finals while the Nuggets continue to spin their wheels in the mud, year after year.
