General Rules
1. No purchase necessary. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.

2. Eligibility.
"Contests are sponsored by The FAN and jointly sponsored by any entities providing prizes or entries (individually or collectively, "Sponsor(s)"). Contests on our website are offered only to FAN CLUB MEMBERS who are legal U.S. and Colorado residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You do not need to be a FAN CLUB MEMBER to participate in any on-air contest. One winner per household. One winner per family. Prizes are non-transferable by winners. Employees of The FAN, Lincoln Financial Media Company of Colorado, Lincoln Financial Media, Lincoln National Corporation, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. This contest is not open to other Denver metro Radio/TV station employees, and their immediate families, agencies and representatives. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this Contest or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsors upon request. All entry form information must be complete and accurate. Sponsors will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Winners of a major FAN contest (anything valued at over $600 within the past six months are not eligible). The FAN reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these Contest rules are not followed. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable law and these Contest rules, and you agree to abide all decisions of the The FAN.

3. Entries.
The FAN will not verify receipt of entries. Entries become property of The FAN and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person. One winner per household. Incomplete entries are void. Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, damaged, undeliverable or delayed. Photocopied and mechanically generated entries are void. Entries generated by any automated means are void. Electronic and e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of the entry. The authorized account holder is the person to whom the applicable internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address.

4. Winning.
Potential Winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail. The FAN is not responsible for incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, or out-of-service contact information. If The FAN is unable, after making a reasonable effort, to contact a selected Potential Winner, that Potential Winner will be disqualified and a new Potential Winner will be selected from remaining entries.

5. Prizes and Odds of Winning.
All charges, fees, and costs not specifically included in the applicable prize descriptions are the responsibility of the respective Prize Winner and his or her guest if applicable. The FAN reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes must be claimed by on a specific date to be determined by The FAN. Prizes must be claimed at The FAN business office located at 7800 E. Orchard Rd. Ste. #400 Greenwood Village, CO. 80111-4141. To claim prize, winners must provide a valid Colorado state issued driver’s license or state identification card, except that winners under the age of 18 may tender other appropriate identification as determined in the FAN sole discretion. Prizes not claimed within 2 weeks of winning will be forfeited.

6. Terms and Conditions; Limitation of Liability.
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these Contest Rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these Contest Rules. Any security breach or other attempt by an entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the Contest will disqualify the entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against the entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension, or cancellation of the Contest. Winners and entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Contest Entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the prizes, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Contest-related or prize-related activity. By entering the Contest or by winning, participants grant to the Contest Entities the right to publicize the participant’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotion purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review, except where prohibited by law. Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. A parent or legal guardian of winners under the age of 18 will also be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release on behalf of the minor child. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to participate in all Contest-related activities, including claiming the prize. Winner’s guest must execute a liability and publicity release prior to ticketing if applicable. The FAN retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions of The FAN are final and discretionary. In the event the selected winner(s) of the prize are/is ineligible or refuse(s) the prize or in the event the prize is forfeited for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited and The FAN, in their sole discretion, may randomly select an alternate winner from remaining entries. The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern this Contest, without regard to Colorado’s choice of law rules. The courts of Colorado shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Contest. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the Contest, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado. For prizes valued at $600 or greater, winner must provide his or her Social Security Number for tax purposes. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are responsibility of winner.

7. Disclaimer and Force Majeure. Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest are not responsible for: (1) problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, facsimile, or cable lines and/or phone or IP numbers that are beyond their control—this includes, but is not limited to: a busy signal, operator interference, cellular interference, Internet congestion, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of a phone call, facsimile transmission, email transmission, or cable modem service, or other Internet interruptions or malfunctions or for technical difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of television or radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Contest or that may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the submission of an entry form; failures of or other problems relating to computer hardware, software, the Internet, or similar systems, including but not limited to difficulties relating to contestants’ ISP, DSL, or cable modem access, “worms,” or viruses; (2) typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest; (3) lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entry forms; (4) cancellations, postponements, or delays; (5) Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes beyond the control of the Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate assigns, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or impractical to continue the Contest or to perform under these Rules. Contest Entities make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and Contest Entities specifically DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS, AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY.

1. DATES: These rules govern the Tilted Kilt Bullpen Patio Parties Contest promotion (the “Promotion”) being conducted by KKFN (the “Station”). The Promotion will begin on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 4pm MT and will end on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 9am MT.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older and who reside in the Denver Metro Area. Employees of the Station, the Station’s licensee, Lincoln Financial Media Company, Lincoln National Corporation, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, their advertising or promotional agencies, and participating sponsors (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), other radio stations in the Denver metropolitan area, the members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” members include spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, siblings and step-siblings. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.Proof of age, identity and eligibility must be furnished to Station upon request. All entry information must be complete and accurate. The Station will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Entrants are required to provide truthful information, and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. All entries must be received by Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 6:00 PM MT. Only one entry per person per event listed above. An entrant can have no more than eleven (11) total entries throughout the duration of the contest. If an entrant registers more than one (1) time per event, or more than a total of eleven (11) times during the duration of the contest, they will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE(S): One (1) grand prize: a trip for two (for winner and one guest over 21) to Scottsdale, AZ. Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two on an airline of station’s choice and originating at a Denver International Airport and flying to Phoenix, two (2) night hotel accommodations (one room, standard double occupancy) of station’s choice and two (2) tickets to see two (2) 2014 Colorado spring training baseball games Transfers, gratuities, and all other fees and expenses are not included. Trip must be completed by March 31, 2014. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Grand prize Approximate Retail Value is $1,100, but value may vary depending upon airfare in effect at time of travel. Certain travel restrictions may apply. For travel related prizes, winner’s guests must execute any requisite liability and publicity releases prior to travel. Travel arrangements must be made through the Station or its designee. Prize is subject to availability. If the winner cannot travel on dates specified by the Station, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in the Station’s sole discretion. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation to/from the airport and/or to/from the hotel, are the responsibility of the winner. If applicable, the winner and travel companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including, without limitation, government issued photo identification and passports for international travel. If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. The winner and travel companion(s) must sign a prize winner publicity and liability release form prior to traveling. If any prize related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for any reason, the Station’s sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded portion of the prize. The Station reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or guest(s), if applicable, if either engages in disruptive or unruly behavior or in any manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within ten (10) business days of notification of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and, unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM: Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Promotion are final.One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received at 9am MT on Friday, August 2, 2013.Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.Entrants need not listen to the Station to win. The winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification winning or prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Unless otherwise permitted by the Station, winner(s) must claim his or her prize in person, and a prize cannot be claimed by third parties on behalf of the winner. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any minor children in all Promotion-related activities, and a parent or legal guardian must claim the prize and sign any requisite releases on behalf of the minor child.

6. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Entrants and participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these Promotion Rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these official rules. The laws of the State or Commonwealth in which the Station is licensed shall govern this Promotion, without regard to that jurisdiction’s choice of law rules.Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station (or any other commonly owned stations in the Station’s market) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. DISCLAIMER: Promotion Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion are not responsible for: (1) problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, facsimile, or cable lines and/or phone or IP numbers that are beyond their control, including, but not limited to, a busy signal, operator interference, cellular interference, internet congestion, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of a phone call, facsimile transmission, email transmission, or cable modem service, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, or wireless calling/text message carrier service, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; failure of any entry to be received in whole or in part by Station due to technical problems, telephone service problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or wireless calling/text message carrier service; communications line, hardware and/or software failures, malfunction of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, other communications malfunctions, unavailable network connections, cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless service; damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Promotion, or damage to mobile phone or other PDA device or other internet interruptions or malfunctions or for technical or other difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Promotion or that may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the acquisition, completion or submission of an entry; failures of or other problems relating to computer hardware, software, the internet, or similar systems, including but not limited to difficulties relating to entrants’ ISP, DSL, or cable modem access, “worms,” or viruses or any other problems of any description or nature which may prohibit, prevent or interfere with the acquisition, completion or submission of any entry; (2) typographical errors in any materials relating to the Promotion; (3) lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entry forms; (4) cancellations, postponements, or delays; (5) Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes beyond the control of the Promotion Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate assigns, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or impractical to continue the Promotion or to perform under these Rules. In the event of any of the foregoing or in the event of an ownership or format change, Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify, or continue the Promotion, in its sole discretion. 8. RULES AND WINNERS LISTS: For a copy of the official rules of the Promotion, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (“SASE”) for receipt by the end of the Promotion Period to KKFN – Tilted Kilt Bullpen Patio Parties Contest, 7800 East Orchard Road Suite 400, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. For the names of the prize winners send a SASE for receipt within 60 days following the end of the Promotion Period to the attention of Promotion Winner Lists at the above address. 1. DATES: These rules govern the Sports Radio 104.3 The Fan’s 2013 AVEENO® Men’s Building a Healthier Foundation Family Experience promotion (the “Promotion”) being conducted by KKFN (the “Station”). The Promotion will begin on May 20, 2013 at 12pm Mountain Time and will end on May 31st, 2013 at 3pm Mountain Time.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and who are residents of station’s Arbitron Metro. Employees of the Station, the Station’s licensee, Lincoln Financial Media Company, Lincoln National Corporation, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, their advertising or promotional agencies, and participating sponsors (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), other radio stations in the Denver metropolitan area, the members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” members include spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, siblings and step-siblings. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this Promotion. 3. HOW TO ENTER: i. On-Air: Listen to the Station on May 21, 2013, May 22, 2013, May 23, 2013, May 24, 2013, May 28, 2013, May 29, 2013, May 30, 2013 and May 31st, 2013 between 12pm and 3pm for the announcement of the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, the designated caller (as announced during the cue to call) to get through to the Station contest line at 303-228-1043 will qualify to the grand prize baseball family experience upon confirmation of eligibility. At the time of their call, callers will be required to provide all information requested including their full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers, and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next eligible caller that successfully makes it through on the call-in line and completes their call will be a potential winner. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to qualify, but a listener may only qualify once for the entire duration of the contest. There will be up to a total of ten (10) overall potential qualifiers during the Promotion dates listed above. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions, and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing their telephone call. 4. PRIZE(S): One (1) grand prize: Four (4) tickets to a Denver Metro Area professional baseball game and a VIP game experience. Game date and time is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Grand prize Approximate Retail Value is $750. If any prize related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for any reason, the Station’s sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded portion of the prize. The Station reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or guest(s), if applicable, if either engages in disruptive or unruly behavior or in any manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. Winner will be contacted by a representative from CRN International on details how to claim the prize. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within ten (10) business days of notification of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM: Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Promotion are final.One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from all winners at 3pm Mountain Time on May 31st, 2013.Odds of qualifying to win the grand prize depend on the number and order of valid entries received. Odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 9.Entrants must listen to the Station to win. Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within ten (10) business days of notification of winning or prize will be forfeited.
